Cancellation Policy:

To optimize therapist availability and accommodate other patients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice or missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, but adherence to this policy ensures fair scheduling for all patients.

Card on File Policy:

To ensure seamless transactions and uphold appointment commitments, patients are required to keep an updated card on file. This card will be charged in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments following advanced notice. Maintaining an accurate card on file facilitates smooth scheduling and supports the quality of care we provide.
