What is Mom's Circle?

Mom's Circle is a supportive, judgment-free space where mothers can come together to share experiences, find community, and remember that they're not alone on this journey. Each monthly gathering focuses on a different theme relevant to your experience as a mom - not just as a special needs parent, but as a whole person with your own needs, dreams, and challenges.

This is peer support, not therapy. We're here to listen, share, and support each other through the wisdom that comes from lived experience.

What to Expect

Meaningful Connection Each 60-minute session creates space for authentic sharing and community building around topics that matter to you as a mom. Themes are announced before each session and focus on supporting you as a whole person - not just in your parenting role.
